Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Dimmit County, Texas. The job is in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. You will keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
