Line cook wanted in Kajola

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Kajola, Oyo State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
