Short order cook — Flathead County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Flathead County, Montana. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
