What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
