Join our team: cake decorator (Borno State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Mafa, Borno State. You will work at a cake shop. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Six days a week, one day off.
