Great opportunity: bodyshop painter (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Freestone County, Texas. The job is at an accident repair centre. Your main tasks: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour Requirements: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
