Bakery assistant — Sitapur

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Ideally you have food handler / hygiene certificate; accurate at weighing and following recipes; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
