Brickwork mason • Champhai, Mizoram

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Champhai, Mizoram. The job is on a busy housing site. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Your main tasks: • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod Pay around ₹1,250 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
