Vacancy available: sand plant operator (Zamfara State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Bungudu, Zamfara State. The job is in the fettling and dressing shop. On the job you will handle: • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand Requirements: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling Rotating shifts.
