Cnc production machinist — Gwarzo

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Gwarzo, Kano State. Requirements: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred On the job you will handle: • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
