We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Jos East, Plateau State. You will be based in a meat processing plant. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required The role involves sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking.
