Join our team: we are hiring a retail butcher in Shamli, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based in a meat processing plant. Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; season and marinate meat on request; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. You should bring physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day; quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths. Full-time with occasional weekends.
