Now hiring: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Kolkata, West Bengal. You should bring able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel; reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic; proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish. On a typical shift you will fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. ₹33,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
