Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Hong, Adamawa State. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking.
