Oven operator • Jos North, Plateau State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Jos North, Plateau State. You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
