Join our team: we are hiring a retail butcher in Ankpa, Kogi State. The role involves: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler ₦9,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
