Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date.
