Immediate opening: finishing presser (Michigan)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a finishing presser in Genesee County, Michigan. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. On the job you will handle: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
