Day-to-day duties: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
