Plasterer's mate • Concho County, Texas

Join our team: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Concho County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
