Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Birbhum, West Bengal. Ideally you have accurate at weighing and following recipes; able to work early-morning and night shifts; basic cake decorating and piping skills. On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe.
