We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Ikorodu, Lagos State. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
