Grill cook — Taylor County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Taylor County, Georgia. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
