You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Day-to-day duties: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Season and marinate meat on request • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
