Vacancy available: counter butcher (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a counter butcher in Fayette County, Georgia. You will work in a meat processing plant. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
