Oven operator • Lagelu, Oyo State

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Lagelu, Oyo State. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 2+ years on the tools preferred.
