Chef de partie — Lau

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Lau, Taraba State. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
