Immediate opening: dough maker (Benue State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Ado, Benue State. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
