You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
