Backhoe operator • Bhavnagar, State of Gujarat

We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Bhavnagar, State of Gujarat. The job is on a pipeline and trenching crew. Your main tasks: • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains Ideally you have proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t); able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs; reliable, punctual and able to get to site.
