Pastry baker wanted in Irion County

Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Irion County, Texas. You will be based at a busy bakery. The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Rotating shifts.
