Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Day to day you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place.
