You should have: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Valid digital tachograph card • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements Day to day you will secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits. ₦280,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
