The role involves: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
