Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. ₦320,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
