Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh. The job is at a roadside dhaba. On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Ideally you have sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; able to read and follow recipes and dockets; 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
