We are recruiting: scullery hand (Borno State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Bama, Borno State. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
