Heavy equipment operator (dozer) • Rano, Kano State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Rano, Kano State. Day to day you will follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
