Bakery assistant wanted in Ukhrul

Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Ukhrul, Manipur. You will be based in a bread factory. The role involves load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Ideally you have knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
