Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO We offer ₦125,000 per month plus benefits.
