Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Dougherty County, Georgia. Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays $27 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
