Grill cook wanted in Ifako/Ijaye

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Ifako/Ijaye, Lagos State. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
