Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Gamawa, Bauchi State. You will work in a hospital canteen. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Pay around ₦190,000 per month, based on your experience.
