Meat trimmer wanted in Mushin

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Mushin, Lagos State. You will work in a supermarket meat department. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher The role involves debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₦3,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
