We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a precision engineering workshop. Requirements: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls Your main tasks: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
