Immediate opening: restoration bricklayer (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Oglethorpe County, Georgia. You will work on a scaffolded high-rise site. The role involves: • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts What we are looking for: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits.
