Line cook • Sullivan County, Tennessee

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Sullivan County, Tennessee. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
