Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Jackson County, Florida. The job is at an infrastructure construction site. The role involves cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
