Immediate opening: deboner (Kansas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Johnson County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day-to-day duties: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
