Garden maintenance worker • Monroe County, Indiana

Immediate opening: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Monroe County, Indiana. You will be based at a landscaping company. You should have: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Day-to-day duties: • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers Part-time with flexible hours.
